This municipal contract is for the installation of a chain link fence around the perimeter of the pickleball court at the Marion Fricano Town Park, as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) provided by the Town and available at the Town Clerk s Office. The Town ofNorth Collins is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for erection of a black chain link fence around the existing pickle ball court at the Marion Fricano Town Park, 11083 Gowanda State Road, North Collins NY 14111. The Town Board of the Town of North Collins reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the services to be provided. Successful Bidder will be required to provide the Town with adequate insurance certificates. Fence shall be approximately 80' x 45' black chain link fence around perimeter of existing pickle ball court. Fence must be constructed with 2-1/2" post terminals, 1-5/8" top rail 9 gage wire mesh - black.
