City of Methuen, MA (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation in the areas of West End, Riverside Drive, and Arlington Neighborhood which includes trenchless rehabilitation of the existing sewer collection system with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 5,750 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe to address structural pipe failures and reduce infiltration and inflow sources to the systems, and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work Question Deadline 09/20/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing by email as follows. Woodard & Curran, Inc. Jacob Fortin Email: jfortin@woodardcurran.com (and a copy to aschuessler@woodardcurran.com) Project Trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 6,200 LF of existing sewer collection system with CIPP lining - West End/Riverside Dr./Arlington Neighborhood. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All official Bidding Documents will be available once registered. No Pre-bid conference. Funding is through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and compliance with specified provisions is required. Anyone receiving project information must be registered for public records purposes. Documents redistributed by a third-party are not considered official Bidding Documents.
