Install a fabric panel system and gypsum wall board over curved frames. Insulation to be installed behind all new finishes. Estimated Cost $50,000.00. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. . Scope A. Install 2 Fabricmate track, 2 Owens Corning 703, and stretched fabric as shown on drawing A2.3, Plan West Elevation. B. Install Wave panels on North, South, and West wall as shown on drawing A1.1, A2.1, A2.2, and A2.3. Detail of construction is shown on drawing A5.1 a. Wave panels are to be made of gypsum wall board. (NOT Plasterboard) b. Do NOT finish gypsum wall board with plaster. Tape and joint compound to be used to finish all gypsum wall board. The finish level is to match existing walls. c. Use cross bracing and/or angled bracing as required to stabilize installation as required by code and for structural strength. C. Fabric will be Guilford of Maine, Anchorage fabric, fire rated as per Massachusetts codes. (Flammability - CA Technical Bulletin 117-2013 Section 1, ASTM E84 Class I or A)
