Project The Town of Wayland, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for site improvements at the Wayland Free Public Library, located at 5 Concord Rd, Wayland, MA 01778. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: abandon existing septic system and provide new connection to municipal sewer system. Modify and regrade a portion of the site to build a new exterior concrete staircase and walkway, with bollard lighting. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
