Renovation of a library in Wayland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Wayland, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Interior Improvements at the Wayland Free Public Library, located at 5 Concord Rd, Wayland, MA 01778. The scope of work includes but is not limited to, the following: Renovations to the Children's Library, including select demolition scope, flooring system replacement, and new lighting. Scope also includes renovations to two existing restrooms and construction of built-in storage cabinet. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Sub Bid Category Electrical Any questions about this IFB should be directed in writing to Mike Faia, Public Facilities Director, by email to: mfaia@wayland.ma.us . All questions are to be received no later than Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 2:30PM. Award of Contract / Notice to Proceed: The Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this Contract on or before the below dates and to thereafter diligently and continuously carry on the Work. It is anticipated that the anticipated Award of Contract and Notice to Proceed will be on or after October 9, 2024.
