Work under any executed agreement or contract pursuant to this request shall, without any expense to the Town, consist of supplying all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the completion the installation of the hardware, accessory equipment and software specified herein Demolition and Disposal of Existing One-family Dwelling and Foundation at 212 Cochituate Road, in Wayland, MA. The Contract shall commence immediately upon signature of the Contract and issuance of Notice to Proceed.
