The Public Safety Building Siding project at the Wayland Public Safety Building, 38 Cochituate Road, Wayland MA The scope of work includes but is not limited to, the following: Demolition and Replacement of the siding and trim on 3 elevations of the Wayland Public Safety Building. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149. Question Deadline 12/16/2024, Any Questions About This IFB Should Be Directed in Writing to Mike Faia, Director of Public Buildings & Facilities, by Email to; Mfaia@wayland.ma.us and Abigale Shute, Sustainability Manager; Ashute@wayland.ma.us. All Submitted Questions Will Be Answered via Addendum by Eob on December, 17, 2024. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates apply for this project. DCAMM Certification is required for this project if the Bid Price is $150,000 or greater. A 5% Bid Bond is required. The estimated cost for this project is: $220,000. The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any / all bids and to waive minor irregularities and or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
