Renovation of a library in Wayland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Wayland shall receive General Bids at the Town Manager's Office, First Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 The scope of work includes but is not limited to, the following: Upgrades to the existing hydraulic elevator controls, and underground cylinder replacement to include PVC protection. Any questions about this IFB should be directed in writing to Kimberly Buhl, Architect's Project Manager, by email to: buhlk@liro-hill.com. All questions are to be received no later than Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 2:30PM. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this Contract. DCAMM Certification is required for this project if Bid Price is $150,000 or greater. 5% Bid Bond is required. The estimated cost of this project is $450,000 Filed sub-bids will be required and taken on the following classes of work: None The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. Upgrades to the existing hydraulic elevator controls, and underground cylinder replacement to include PVC protection.
