Synopsis: The work on this project consists of relocating multiple existing modular buildings to the South Ops area and the North Flare Station of the Cedar Hills Regional Landfill, as well as tenant improvements in two existing modular buildings, development of new structures and storage areas, new parking spaces and access ramp. Work includes but is not limited to demolition, site clearing and grading, installation of utilities, stormwater and sewer collection, concrete pad installation, moving multiple modular buildings, and all other work described in the contract documents. See Section 00 73 00. Priority Hire Apprentice Utilization Requirement: 27% of the total Apprentice Labor Hours worked during the contract. Priority Hire Journey Level Requirement: 17% of the total Journey Labor Hours worked duringthe contract. Permits: King County has applied for, but as of the date of advertisement, has not received all of the permits listed in Section 01 10 00, of the Contract Document. If these permits are received during the bidding period, they will be issued by Addendum. If the County has not received all of the permits listed by the bid opening date, the County will evaluate whether to extend the bid opening, cancel the procurement or open bids. Award and execution of this Contract is conditional upon the County receiving all permits listed in Section 01 10 00. Note: Bids received after Bid Close Date/Time will not be considered.
