Phase II Sam Black Waterline Extension Contract #2 - Henson Road Waterline Extension Installation of approximately 40,000 LF of PVC Water Line, 25 Gate Valves, 12 Fire Hydrants, 17 Air Release Valves, a Pressure Reducing Valve and Vault, Surface Restoration, and related appurtenances for a complete and operational potable system. 270/300 Contract Times (Calendar Days) Substantial/Final Payment DBE Requirements - Each Bidder must fully Comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, and Affirmative Action Requirements, as identified in the contract documents. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Greenbrier County Public Service District #2 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractors License per Section 30-42-12 of the West Virginia Code. The Greenbrier County Public Service District #2 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Documents Amounts paid are not subject to refund.
