Site work for a civil project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work generally consists of installation of sludge pipe from both Decant Tanks to the Solids Handling Complex, installation of Odor Control Fan and Duct originating from both Decant Tanks to the Incinerator Building, and installation of drain pipe around the Incinerator building. The Engineer s opinion of probable construction cost for the Work is $1,700,000.00. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Contract Time Information Anticipated Start Date: November 18, 2024 Milestones: Substantial Completion - August 31, 2025 Final Completion: September 30, 2025 Question Deadline 10/02/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing, either through mail or email. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
