The Work generally consists of constructing a 100' x 73' truss building. The estimate of cost for this project is $360,000. Scope of Work 1.0 Contractor shall engage necessary engineering to design to code a 73' wide x 100' long galvanized truss building, with locaon-appropriate weather resistance fabric cover. 2.0 Contractor shall perform soil tesng to verify locaon will be able to support new Truss building. 3.0 Upon acceptance of locaon, Contractor will work with concrete subcontractor to pour required frost foongs, full concrete pad and 6' high concrete walls all around, with the excepon of the locaon of the 14'x16' wide overhead door and walk-in door on the front of the building. 4.0 Contractor shall provide appropriate Overhead Door and have installed by qualified subcontractor. 5.0 Contractor shall provide appropriate walk-in door and have installed by qualified subcontractor. 6.0 Electrical to building for lights, plug loads and overhead door to be provided by The City Awarded Contractor will be required to comply with the excavation permit process and Iowa One Call for digging.
