Carolyn & Ness Sechrest Animal Shelter and Adoption Center Bid Bond Security or Cashier's Check will be in the amount of five percent of the bid and required to accompany Contract Bid The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the written consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to wave irregularities and to reject Bids Last day for questions shall be August 30, 2024 (12:00 noon. cut off time for last question).
