The City of Lynnwood (City) will be accepting Statement of Proposals (SOPs) from experienced firms to provide owner's advisor services for Lynnwood wastewater treatment plant major upgrade project. The City of Lynnwood intends to award a single agreement to the most qualified firm for a period of approximately (5) five years. The City will place on file all submitted SOPs received from Washington State Certified Professional Engineer(s), or engineering firm(s), to perform work associated with project tasks. The selected firm will be invited to a scoping session with the City of Lynnwood to discuss and negotiate the potential scope of services. A contract will only be finalized once both parties have mutually agreed upon the scope of the services.
