Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hi Nella, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this contract shall include asphalt paving milling and overlay, concrete curb and sidewalk replacement, stormwater pipe & system replacement, sanitary sewer pipe replacement, and all appurtenant work as indicated in the bid documents. Question Deadline 09/27/2024 at 5:00 PM ET ALL CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS SHALL BE RECEIVED Via Fax to Consulting Engineer Services @ 856-232-2346, or email @ desiqn@ces-1 .com A Proposal guarantee (certified check, cashiers check, or surety bid bond) in the amount often percent (10%) ofthe bidders maximum bid price, but in no case in excess of $20,000 shall be submitted with each Bid. A Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Bid will be required prior to the award of Contract. The Borough ofHi-Nella reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid and to reject any or all bids.
