Renovation of a conference / convention center in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 29,968-square-foot, two-story above grade conference / convention center.
The Project Scope of Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Interior tenant improvement of the 2nd floor (8,732 sf) and 3rd floor (21,236 sf) to include partial demolition, new HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, data and interior framing, ceilings, and finishes. Minor roof repair work to be included. Question Deadline 10/04/2024 Questions regarding Drawings and Specifications should be addressed to the Architect or Engineer and will be answered by addenda addressed to all bidders. Questions received less than 4 days (96 hours) before time set for bid opening will not be answered. The funds available for construction of the Schedule A work are: $2,200,000 (the "Schedule A Available Funds"). The funds available for construction of the Schedule B work are: $3,500,000 (the "Schedule B Available Funds").
