Notice Content Wenatchee Valley Technical Skills Center Modernization Project Manager RFQ Wenatchee School District #246 Request For Qualifications from project manager services due: October 14, 2024, no later than 4:00 PM PDT. Wenatchee School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from project manager firms to propose project managerial services for the Wenatchee Valley Technical Skills Center Modernization Project in Wenatchee, WA. The Wenatchee School District desires to retain a professional project manager firm to provide project managerial services including, but not limited to planning, budgeting, permit expediting, delivery and procurement strategies, public communication, bidding, contracting, construct phase, FF&E procurement, closeout, warranty, and post occupancy surveys. The scope of work consists of planning and executing the work associated with modernizing the Wenatchee Valley Technical Skills Center. The successful firm will work closely with WSD staff and its architectural and engineering (A&E) firm. The intent of the project is to be completed prior to the end of December 2026.
