Project: Percy Thomas Center, Roof Replacement and HVAC Renovation, for the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The site is located at 891 Love Point Road Stevensville Maryland 21666. The Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing roof systems, both asphalt shingle and EPDM membrane, along with all appurtenant components including, but not limited to, underlayment, coverboard, flashing, coping and select replacement of deteriorated wood blocking and substrate. The Work also includes the removal and replacement of six (6) HVAC rooftop package units, which are to be provided by the Owner; the Contractor is responsible for complete installation and shall coordinate with the Owner for delivery of the units. The Work is more fully described and detailed in the contract documents. Bid Security is required to be submitted with the bid in accordance with the General Conditions. Completed Conflict of Interest Disclosure & Employment of Aliens Statement is required to be submitted with the bid. Failure to submit these with the bid shall deem the bid non-responsive The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids are to remain open for 60 days.
