PROJECTLOCATION: Terrapin Skate Park, 307 Cockey Lane, Stevensville, MD 21666 SCOPE OF WORK: This Invitation to Bid is to obtain licensed professional well installation services to establish a water source for a restroom at Terrapin Skate Park. The successful bidder will be responsible for all aspects of well installation, including permitting, excavation, connection to a constant pressure pump, stubbing the water line for future connection. Fixtures to be served by the well will include a urinal, toilet, sink, and exterior hose bib. Manufacturer's specifications for connections to the restroom building are provided in the Appendix. All work shall comply with local codes, and the contractor shall be responsible for all necessary permits and inspections. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to complete the required work. Work will be required prior to and following installation of the concrete building in May/June 2025. 3. The Local Vendor preference and Local Vendor Bid criteria apply to this project since all funds are County Funds. Bidders are directed to the provisions of the Instructions to Biddersfor additional information governing the bidding process.
