Plymouth County Commissioners are seeking responses for an IFB to complete facade renovation project, including windows, doors, siding, and some repairs, at 32 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Commence date of project is for late winter/spring of 2025. A Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Bid Deposit, with satisfactory surety, are required. All bidders are required to have proper OSHA certifications for training. Bidders are required to be DCAMM certified in the General Building Construction category or a related project category. The Plymouth County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
