Scope of Work The Work Consists of the Removal and Replacement of Existing 110' Precast Double Tee Bridge for Lambert Bridge (A030) and Yellow Cloud Bridge (A031) Both Are a 110' Three-span Precast H-15 Concrete Deck Unit Bridge With a Timber Substructure Bridge. The Construction Period for the Contract Will Begin Following the Pre-con and the Issuance of the Notice to Proceed and Shall Be Substantially Complete by No Later Than 150 Calendar Days After the Ntp Has Been Issued. Business License and Business Tax The Lowest Responsive Bidder is Given Consideration However in Accordance With Tecro Ordinance 85-03 Indian Preference is Employed if There Are Any Responsive Indian Owned Business Bid(S). Are Completed and Returned With Bids. Right to Reject Any and All Bids
