The Rosebud Sioux Tribe will accept bids from qualified contractors for the Project entitled "Okreek North and Tank Line Watermains Project". The Project consists of constructing 6,270' of 4" and 1,240' of 6" PVC watermain, including valves, hydrants, fittings, user services, and miscellaneous appurtenant work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office, Rosebud Sioux Tribe, 1990 Sicangu Dr., Rosebud, SD 57570 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and at the office of the Engineer, DGR Engineering, 1302 South Union Street, Rock Rapids, IA 51246 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described. In the evaluation of the bids, the Owner may, within funding limitations, give preference up to the amount of 5 percent above the lowest total bid, to qualified Indian owned firms. The qualified Indian owned firms must register with the local TECRO Office prior to the bid opening. TECRO taxes will apply.
