Construct an 8x10 office addition on to the existing building at the Arrow Head Start Center with a concrete foundation walls, install one (1) 36" x 52" double hung window, one (1) 36" interior door with keyed entry door knob, 2 x 6 insulated walls, tie into furnace ventilation for heating and cooling, light fixture, light switch and outlets. Construction will be on the north side of the building with entry way in the current teachers' office area. Outside central air unit will need to be relocated 2 to 3ft west of the building. Contractors who do not possess a tribal business licenses must contact the RST Revenue Department at 747-5045. Rosebud Sioux Tribe has the right to reject any or all bids. Sealed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked (RST Bid#____) on the front of envelope. Fail to mark envelope will result in a no bid and will be mailed back to sender.
