One of the identified locations for aging infrastructure replacement is on 1st Avenue NE between N/NE 145th Street and N/NE 147th Street. ----------------------------- This project is located at 1st Avenue NE near N/NE 145th Street (State Route 523) and replaces approximately 240 linear feet of 8-inch concrete sanitary sewer pipe with HDPE and PVC sanitary sewer pipe via pipe bursting and cut and cover methods, including installation of 4 associated manholes; surface restoration including asphalt, concrete, curb and gutter, and vegetated surfaces; and pavement marking replacement. Work will be located on public right-of-way and on easements. he estimated construction cost is $290,000. The time for physical completion of the work is within 60 working days.
