If the contractor damages driveways, sidewalks, fences, landscaping, lawn/landscape irrigation systems, underground wiring, underground plumbing, the home, or personal items belonging to the homeowner, or any other items on the premises as a result of the septic system installation/repair, the contractorshall repair/replace said item(s) to the homeowner'ssatisfaction. It isthe contractorsresponsibility to contact all associated utilities for marking of underground services and to discuss with the homeowner if they have knowledge of any underground systems, utilities or hazards.
