Renovation of a municipal facility in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
East Lee County Government Center Tenant Renovation: Clerk of Court The project consists of tenant improvements to an existing retail space for the new East Lee County Government Center Clerk of Court office located in Lehigh Acres. The scope of work includes minor demolition, new masonry infills, drywall & framing, ceilings doors/frames/hardware, casework, countertops, glazing, flooring, toilet partitions & accessories, fire protection, fire alarm, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work Question Deadline 11/13/2024 Final Date Pre-Bid RFIs Due. All interested subcontractors will be required to be pre-qualified with the Gilbane Building Company (Construction Manager) at online prior to being considered for any contract award for this project . Proposers are encouraged to solicit the involvement of local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). The project goal is to meet a minimum of 10% of local DBE participation. Proposers are required to comply with all Lee County E-Verify requirements as well as workplace safety.
