Crown Event Center - GMP #3 - Remaining Packages - 1st Tier Prequalification Only TA Loving | Metcon is seeking to PREQUALIFY 1st Tier Trade Contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the Crown Event Center project. T.A. Loving | Metcon has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the project and will receive bids from and contract with the 1st Tier Trade Contractors for the execution of the work. Project Description: Cumberland County, NC is constructing the Crown Event Center located in Fayetteville, NC. This event center is designed to host premier events for Cumberland County and will feature high-end finishes such as acoustical walls, metal panels, masonry, soundproof walls, theater lighting, fixed audience seating, ect. The structure will consist of structural steel and concrete with a building envelope construction of curtain wall glazing, metal panel, and masonry.
