Reference Number 0000364000 Provide a detailed bid to furnish all labor, material and equipment to remove, rebuild, and replace high lift service pump . 2 and associated cone valve at the City of Port Huron's Water Filtration Plant. The pump is a De Laval centrifugal, variable speed pump, 8200 gpm, installed in 1966. Work will include, but not be limited to disassembling and inspecting the pump, repairing and replacing parts as required, painting and balancing, etc. for a complete rebuild and installation per project plans and specifications. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided in the bid documents for that purpose.
