Professional Design Services in Support of the Level I and Ii Design Services. This is Not a Request for Bid. The State of Wyoming is Not Obligated to Award Any Contract. This Project Will Consider Planning and Programming Under the Titles of Reconnaissance and Feasibility Statutorily Required for State Funded Projects. The Dairy Barn Has Three Main Areas to Consider: North, South and Center. The North Wing Currently Serves as a Livestock and Small Animal Preparation and Staging Area During the State Fair. The Center Section Serves as Event and Concessions Space. The South Wing Serves as Vendor Space During the State Fair and Local Archery Competitions in the Off Season. This Building Has Great History and Character and Needs to Be Preserved in Order to Continue to Serve the State Fair and the Community. The Project Will Consider Site/civil, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Components. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
