Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes: Re-construct Hawks Nest Dr. from Zumbehl Road to Falcons Way, pavement repairs and crack sealing from Falcons Way to West Clay Street, construct new 10 foot wide shared use path, construct new ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, furnish and install reflective back plates, furnish and install new storm sewer inlet tops, furnish and install pavement markings. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening The proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check of a bank or trust company in St. Charles County, City of St. Charles, St. Louis County, or in the City of St. Louis for an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid amount. Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project.
