** As of 11/20/2024 project has been awarded to GROUND WORKS CONTRACTING with an awarded amount of $ 3,474,425.30.** The Project work shall include the following description of the work: Removal of two asphalt parking lot, asphalt trail, concrete box culvert, trees, sanitary sewer, and various smaller items such as, but not limited to, benches, light posts, curbing, and drinking fountains. Earthwork excavation of approximately 106,500 cubic yards. Installation of 775 LF of 12-72" storm sewer piping, 7 manholes, and a hydrodynamic separator; 62 LF of 9'x6' box culvert; overflow structure with weir, flume, chute, and walls; 2,151 LF of sanitary sewer and 16 manholes; 3,247 feet of 10 foot wide asphalt trail; two asphalt parking lots with curbing and pavement markings; concrete access drive; fencing; raised gardens; temporary and permeant erosion control; and all incidental items necessary to complete the work shown on the plans. Questions regarding the plans and specifications must be submitted in writing to the City of Saint Charles Department of Engineering. All questions will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 6th, 2024 at which time no additional question will be addressed.
