St. Charles County Government Facilities Management Department is seeking bids for the procurement and installation of a partial mechanical system at the Highway Department located at 301 N. 3 rd . St. IN St. Charles, MO 63301. This project has been designed by Horner & Shifrin and construction document sets have been provided within this bid package. Mechanical: The equipment schedule within the drawings can be substituted with an equivalent make/model that meets the same performance specifications. If an equivalent is submitted in lieu of the specifications, the contractor must include a note of all changes on the exception sheet of the bid documents and verify that the submitted equipment will work with the existing system. Demolish various sections of diffusers, associated controls, and branch ductwork in accordance with mechanical drawings. Install four (4) air devices in accordance with mechanical drawings. A total of ten (10) VAV Boxes are to be installed with disconnects, SCR controls, and BACnet Cards in accordance with mechanical drawings. Ductwork for supply and return air is to be demoed and reworked in accordance with mechanical drawings.
