Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

The work includes: Pavement repairs and crack sealing from Mexico Road to Old Muegge Road/Abbydale Drive, replace existing 4 foot wide sidewalk on west side of Muegge Road with new 5 foot wide ADA compliant sidewalk, replace existing 5 foot wide sidewalk on east side of Muegge Road with new 10 foot wide ADA compliant shared use path, construct new ADA compliant curb ramps, furnish and install pedestrian push button signal improvements at Fountainview Drive intersection and Old Muegge Road/Abbydale Drive intersection, furnish and install new storm sewer inlet tops, diamond grind roadway surface, furnish and install pavement markings. The proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check of a bank or trust company in St. Charles County, City of St. Charles, St. Louis County, or in the City of St. Louis for an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid amount. The amount of the check shall be forfeited to the City if the bidder neglects or refuses to enter into a contract or to furnish bond after their proposal has been accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2024 Edition including all revisions.
