Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct Heritage Subdivision Drainage and Erosion Control, Phase 2A & 2B - ARPA #DNR-LPAA8BAE59BE64 in St. Charles County, Missouri. The construction shall include all work incidental to the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct the drainage pipes and structures, along with rock blankets, gabion walls, erosion control devices, and other appurtenances. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Certified Check, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an approved Surety Company and payable to the County, in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the Sum Total of the Base Bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond are required. The project will be awarded in January 2025 to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The County Intends to Issue the Notice to Proceed on or About January 20, 2025. All questions concerning the bid document preparation or Project Specific questions can be directed to John Lyons with St. Charles County Highway Department in writing at 301 N. 3rd Street, St. Charles, MO 63301, or by email (preferred) at jlyons@sccmo.org.
