Residential Services. Question Deadline 10/09/2024 Addendum with Answers to Questions Issued: October 11, 2024 Background Information The RCCCD currently holds contracts with multiple housing providers that provide temporary, correctional-based housing with varied levels of client supervision. The RCCCD would like to expand the housing services options to offer more client choice and availability. The housing options could include varied supervision models. Scope of Services RCCCD is seeking one or more agencies to provide multiple housing service options including, but not limited to: 24 hour, 7 days per week, on-site, correctional-based supervision for the purposes of short term (30-90 day) alternatives to incarceration housing; non-supervised housing options for Predatory Offender Registration clients; and other temporary (less than a year) housing options which include individual rooms or shared living space options. Ramsey County uses correctional/halfway housing for male and female clients for both probation and supervised release. We are open to multiple housing locations, but preferred options are within 10 miles of downtown St. Paul, where clients are supervised by probation and easier for both probation officers and clients to attend appointments. For housing options outside St. Paul, we prefer those near public transportation offerings for clients without licenses. Notice of Intent to Award: November 5, 2024 Scope of Work Ramsey County (the "County"), through the Community Corrections Department (RCCCD), seeks client housing options to address client homelessness while on probation and supervised release. Probation and supervised release clients with criminal records can struggle to acquire suitable, safe, and long-term living accommodations. The RCCCD is seeking community partners with bedspace availability to offer to clients for various terms of less than one year CERT Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
