Renovation of a fire / police facility in Danbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Contractor shall provide all administrative management, labor, equipment, erosion control, site preparation, demolition, materials, construction engineering and layout, excavation, aggregate stone base improvements, fine grading, quality control, as-builts, installation, construction, and compliance testing. In addition, the Contractor shall be responsible for any required permits, connections to existing drainage, meeting and matching adjacent surfaces, protection of existing surfaces and structures, protection of maintaining a clean site, and meeting the requirements outlined herein as more fully outlined in the Contract Documents. The City of Danbury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be for its best interest.
