Actual construction start date shall be defined in the proposed construction schedule. Western Connecticut State University understands the current materials shortage that is currently affecting the delivery of materials in a timely manner. WCSU will work with the awarded Contractor to review delivery dates and come to a mutual completion date if this becomes an issue.
