Structure: 2 1/2 story wood framed sided structure All combustible, decomposable and any other debris or materials must be removed and taken offsite to an approved dump site by the contractor. Any and all rubbish in rear, front and sides ofproperty to be removed. Retaining wall in the front ofthe property and all private concrete walkways or steps on the property around the structure must be removed and disposed of at an approved dump site by the contractor. All chain-link fencing and post must be removed from the property and hauled away by the contractor. Concrete basement floors and any other concrete floors withing the structure must be at a minimum broken up or removed and hauled away to an approved dump site by the contractor. Trees or shrubbery located in the front, side or in the rear ofstructure to be removed. All vegetation to be removed. Sanitary sewer must be exposed and capped off with Alleghany County approval and Borough Engineer inspection, water and gas service must be turned off and capped along with a void inspection must be performed prior to backfill.
