The Work Scope of this project is to provide and install raised stadium bleachers that wrap around the backstop. The middle section will have flip-up seats with a press box that is accessible from the aisle. The bleachers are to be raised 32" and have 78" wide walkway. The bleachers are to be aluminum bleachers with seating for approx.. 102 per side. The front seat should be 17" above walkway with the steps having a 10" rise and 32" depth. The decking system should be closed. There should be a 4' high vertical aisle handrail and contrasting nosing on all aisle steps. There is to be a guardrail system of galvanized chain link on back, front and both sides of the unit. The should be a means of egress by stairs off one end and a ramp off the other. There is to be one cutout for wheelchairs on each side section. The middle section will consist of flip-up seating for approx. 85 people. There is to be the same railing and egress. There is to be a pressbox with windows that open and that is accessible from the aisle of the middle section. There will be 2 fields that have the same configuration. The City of Cartersville, Georgia invites your company to submit a proposal on this RFP Package, titled: Dellinger Park Softball Field Stadium Seating Fields 1 and 2, as defined hereinafter. The proposal price for Dellinger Park Softball Field Stadium Seating Fields 1 and 2 will include: 1) purchase price and installation for stadium seating on the softball fields 1 and 2. The aluminum bleachers should be 32" in elevation, with a 78" wide front walkway. It will be connected to create a connected and walkable bleacher system. The center section is to have flip-up chairs. At the top of the middle section there will be a 8'x12' press box, with access from the aisle. It is recommended that bidders view site prior to submitting bid.
