Site work for a road / highway in Montgomery, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services pursuant to RC 9.33 et seq. will be received by the City of Montgomery, Ohio to provide pre-construction and construction services as a Construction Manager at Risk for certain public improvements known as the Montgomery Road Roundabout Monument Project. The project consists of constructing a vertical monument/tower approximately 45 feet tall in the center of the roundabout located at Montgomery Road and SR126/Ronald Reagan Highway. The monument/tower will primarily be constructed of concrete and brick and will include many decorative elements including limestone, suspended lettering in the center, and a large decorative street light feature that will sit on top of the monument/tower. The project will also consist of installing a circular retaining wall with decorative fencing and any/all utilities associated with the project and adjacent areas. CMAR services will begin immediately upon selection of a qualified firm and will include planning, coordinating, managing, directing and constructing all phases of the Montgomery Road Roundabout Monument Project. Candidates will be notified if they are included on the short-list of firms to provide additional pricing and technical information. The City of Montgomery, through its duly authorized officials, reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals submitted.
