Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Montgomery, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is to repair the concrete floor of the right conduit at Germantown Dam. The ENGINEER'S estimate for the Base Bid is $1,908,000. Performance of all work incidental thereto in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guaranty to the benefit of The Miami Conservancy District. The bidder has an option of the bid guaranty. The bid guaranty may be a bid bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid. The bid bond shall be secured by a guaranty, or a surety company licensed as surety by the Ohio Department of Insurance. The bid guaranty may also be a certified check, cashier's check, electronic bid bond or letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid drawn to the Treasurer of The Miami Conservancy District. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty as a guarantee that the bidder after such acceptance will furnish an approved surety bond for the faithful performance of the Contract. All questions concerning this project shall be submitted through online. the right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any technical defects as the interests of MCD may require.
