Sealed proposals are requested for the 2026 Street Resurfacing Project. All proposals must be submitted through the designated Planet Bid website. Contract documents, bid sheets, and specifications are available for download from the Planet Bids or City of Montgomery websites, and may also be viewed at Montgomery City Hall and in major plan rooms. No paper bid sets will be sold. Each proposal must include a Bid Bond as per Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code, issued by a surety company licensed in Ohio. All proposals must list the full names of all interested parties. If the project exceeds $30,320, bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates for Public Improvements in Hamilton County, as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations and Ohio Revised Code Section 4115.03 through 4115.19. The City intends for the project to be completed by the stated deadline. The City Council reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
