Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Montgomery, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project will include a new addition to serve the Fire Department with facilities consisting of but not limited to: Vehicle bays, equipment storage, offices, training room, locker room, living spaces, sleeping quarters, and workout facilities. The project will also include a renovated and expanded space to service the Police Department facilities including but not limited to: offices, equipment storage, training room, locker room, covered police vehicle parking area, sallyport, evidence room/storage, holding cells, living space, and workout facilities. In addition, the project will consist of infrastructure and maintenance improvements to existing systems, electronics, support spaces, general site improvements such as parking improvements, site lighting, and site landscaping. The estimated total Project budget is $10,500,000.00. The project is projected to begin January 2027 with substantial completion scheduled for August 2, 2028.
