Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of November 1, 2024, project is cancelled and will re-issued in the future. The scope of services/work under the awarded RFQ (Contract) is to provide WCSD with emergency glass replacement at any school, office, and/or site districtwide. It is anticipated that in some cases lead-based paint and asbestos containing materials may be encountered during the replacement services. Whereas the awarded Contractor will be responsible for the testing and/or abatement of those materials. ALL questions/inquiries regarding this RFQ are due no later than 4:30 pm (local time) on October 10, 2024 and are to be submitted to the Purchasing Department via e-mail to: solicitations@washoeschools.net or submitted directly on the Solicitations website CONTRACT TERM: The awarded Vendor will receive a WCSD Purchase Order (PO) and the Terms, Conditions, and Specifications are hereby incorporated herein by reference (Contract). The Initial Term of the Contract is for one (1) year from the date of award with four (4) additional one (1) year renewals, providing the Terms, Conditions, and Specifications of the awarded contract remain unchanged. WCSD reserves the right to terminate this Contract in whole or in part upon providing the awarded Vendor at least thirty (30) days written notice.
