Parks, Recreation, Trail Work, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Stormwater Improvements, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Highway, Road or Street) The work shall generally consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to construct the improvements depicted in the Construction Drawings titled as Improving Neighborhood Outcomes Park and Street Improvements and all other apptenances and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Specifications and Construction Drawings. More specifically, the work shall consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor to construct the sport courts, sidewalks, playground, lighting, fencing, parking lot, storm drainage, and any other items shown or implied in the Construction Drawings. Time allotted for completion of work is 240 consecutive calendar days All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. This project is funded in part or whole by Improving Neighborhood Outcomes in Disproportionately Impacted Communities (INODIC) Funds through the Governor's Office of Planning & Budget (OPB) State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF) grant program. All Bidders must comply with 41 CFR 60-4, in regard to affirmative action, to ensure equal opportunity to females and minorities and will apply the timetables and goals set forth in 41 CFR 60-4, as applicable to the area of requirements, including those outlined in Appendix II of 2 CFR 200, as well as existing State public works construction requirements.
