Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of November 27, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. This project is expected to be awarded in December. consisting of the cleaning, televising, and lining of approximately 494 linear feet of an existing 39-inch segmented-clay sanitary sewer interceptor. There are two (2) bid alternates including the replacement of manhole frames and covers and manhole rehabilitation Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price Question Deadline 10/31/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions Due Date Online Portal Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. *The Hanover Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding
