Site work and paving for a civil project in Greenwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project is the rehabilitation of Basin 2 Sanitary Sewer. The work generally consists of rehabilitation of 87 manholes including replacing covers, frames, frame seals, external wrapping, re-alignments, raising and plugging of vents in covers, epoxy lining of walls, flexible chimney lining, sealing precast joints, bench and invert rehabilitation and pipe seal rehabilitation This project also includes approximately 15,300 LF of 8" - 18" CIPP lining, 41 CIPP lateral liners, 2 point repairs, replacement of 310 LF of 12" gravity sewer and 6 service lateral connections. Anticipated Start Date Date: December 2, 2024 Bid security shall be made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a Bid Bond (on form included in this document) issued by a Surety or a Cashier's Check or Certified Check. b. The Bid Security of all bidders may be retained by the Owner until the earlier of a) the 46th day after the bid opening or b) execution and delivery of the Agreement and furnishing of the required payment and performance bonds, evidence of insurance, and work authorization affidavit and documentation by a bidder to whom Notice of Award is given. If a bidder to whom Notice of Award is given does not execute and deliver the Agreement and furnish the required documents in a timely manner, the City may exercise its rights, including its rights to the bidder's Bid Security. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/bids.
