Your firm is hereby invited to submit a written statement of qualifications to provide professional engineering services to conduct a series of hydraulic and treatment process evaluations for the Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). OWASA will conduct a Qualification-Based Selection process to identify the best qualified firm with which to negotiate a contract. All firms submitting qualifications must have demonstrated experience and expertise in conducting wastewater treatment evaluations. Question Deadline 10/29/2024 All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications must be emailed to Mr. Rasheed at mrasheed@owasa.org. OWASA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any minor formalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional submittals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
