Site work for a water / sewer project in Edwardsville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposed improvements consist of the televising and lining of various storm and sanitary sewer mains, and all related work in accordance with the plans and specifications. The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements o the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILSC 130/1-12). The City of Edwardsville encourages minority business firms to submit bids for this project. The City of Edwardsville also encourages successful bidders to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. The City of Edwardsville reserves the right to waiver technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
