The work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the various items and all necessary collateral work necessary to complete the work at the locations shown on the plans and as specified. This project consists of the installation of storm sewers, inlets and manholes and all other necessary collateral work to complete the project shown on the plans and as specified. The Contractor shall be responsible for an on-site inspection prior to submitting a bid on this project and shall document date of site visit on Page 00 41 43 - 6. Phase 3 improvements include the installation of storm sewer from Lake Drive near Horseshoe Lake Road easterly to the outfall. This work also includes storm sewer installation from North of Illinois Route 162 to just South of Oakmont Drive. Upon receipt of a bid, it shall be assumed that the Contractor is fully familiar with the construction site.
